See the edit tab on top of each article ? On Ekopedia, clicking this button will enable you to edit an article when you wish, even if you haven't registered.

What is Ekopedia ?

Ekopedia is a free open source encyclopedia to which you can contribute. Editing or creating an article is quick and easy. Your edits will immediately be seen and other ekopedians will be able to check them. This kind of collaborative platform is called a wiki, from a Hawaiian word meaning « quick ».

How does it work ?

Webusers keep improving and enriching Ekopedia. All editions are saved in the history of the article and in the Special:Recentchanges. So it's easy to get back to a previous version of the article and useless or bad modifications can be quickly deleted.

How can I help ?

First, Ekopedia:Don't hesitate to get started right now ! Even corection a misspelling is useful. Anyone can take part. Don't hesitate to expand or create an article — if need be, other more experienced contributors will help you.

User name

Anyone can contribute to Ekopedia, even without registering, but most contributors prefer using their own pseudo. Why create your own account ? Your contributions will be identified, you'll be able to vote, to have your own page, you will no longer be identified by your IP address, etc. To create your account, click on Log in / create an account. Then you can introduce yourself on the Journal of newcomers.
