From Ekopedia

	The purpose of this site is to catalog, specify and explain the alternative techniques of life in order to live in a more autonomous manner. To help you anytime, each page of this site has a help link; or you can also refer to Ekopedia's frequently asked questions section.
	Do not hesitate to consult the first indications to modify and write pages in Ekopedia with the appropriate syntax. The sand box is made for you to test and experiment. This site is under free Art license meaning that anybody can use Ekopedia's content, but please do not copy-paste another site's texts.
	On the discussion page, do not forget to sign your messages, by typing ~~~~. Be careful not to insert your signature in articles, their authors are known by the means of history. It would be wise to check the first steps on Ekopedia and the recommendations (rules of quotation of the sources, Notability criterion, Manual of Style, etc.)
	We encourage everyone to illustrate the articles with the addition of images, but it is imperative to comply with the very strict rules on the use of the images and the respect of copyrights. If you wish to add several images on a subject, you have the possibility of creating a gallery of images in order to enrich the articles.
	There are several ways to contribute to Ekopedia; all the actions described above are creditable. Moreover, you have the possibility of supplementing the articles needing improvement, of creating new awaited pages, or simply of correcting the spelling mistakes that you may find, particuliarly in articles translated from other languages.
	If you wish, you can present yourself on the newspaper of the newcomers and indicate where you come from, what are your centers of interest... Do not hesitate either to develop your own page and you can consult those of the others to be inspired. Above all, we wish you to take pleasure in contributing to the project! If you have other questions, you can ask them with the Village pump.
